Breathwork healing circles are an opportunity to heal with a community.
In this group container, we will dive into the powerful practice of Breathwork, the two-stage mouth breathing technique. I will guide you on the energetic theme of 'Letting go' & how to do this specific breathing technique.
You will be guided through a healing session and there will be time for questions about your experience at the end of the session. This specific approach of breathing activates the sympathetic nervous system, or fight/flight response, to move and unblock stagnation of energy stored in the connecting systems of our body.
It helps you develop resiliency within your nervous system, allowing a deeper sense of 'ease'. Breathwork helps you get clearer from the baggage you have been carrying in your Body; and, from any unprocessed information that wants to be felt & released.
Breathwork supports you in establishing a conscious, loving & intimate relationship with yourself. You learn to stay present through challenging processes; and, how to navigate your Being with patience when facing triggers & activations.
