Sometimes all we need to do is to get comfortable with the feelings, emotions & sensations that are arising in our Bodies.

To invite them instead of resisting.

To be curious instead of judging.

To take a conscious action to breathe & let all those feels unfold as we witness them with a loving eye.

This is a a very particular time in our evolutionary path as humans, and the conflicts that are displaying on the outside world are a reflection of the inner conflicts we all experience daily on a micro-scale, as we approach and dive deeper into Shadow work.

The Macrocosm is an exponential reflection of the microcosm. Always.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful Medicines that allow us to return to ease, regulation & flow. And, that helps us keep our emotional/energetic hygiene.

In this session, we will simply use Breath as a meditation anchor to invite our Bodies to feel, process & welcome whatever journey & process you are on.
